The fire had ravaged a bedroom within the nursing home causing smoke and fire damage. Due to the fact the claim was a nursing home extreme care had to be taken to ensure the residents were not affected by the ongoing work and the work had to be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the room could be used again. The bedroom was stripped out of all items that were either smoke or fire damaged and a full carbon clean instigated. The bedroom was then reconstructed to the original dimension including original style weighted sash window and suspended ceiling. The work took less than 2 weeks to complete ensuring any disruption to the residents and lost rent to the owners was kept to a minimum.
