A small slow undetected leak, a sudden burst pipe through to a full-on flood, the damage can be substantial often beyond what is first visible. The damage caused can often be severe with the risk of longer-lasting issues from other aspects such as rot or mould if not approached in the correct fashion.

On notification of a water-related incident Homeland will dispatch a surveyor. Their role and objectives are to provide onsite assessment and initial advice with the principle commitment of minimising the risk of further loss to property or possessions.

Our skilled and established surveyor can work with insurers and loss adjusters to plan a course of action for the drying and restoration of the property whilst salvaging and repairing any contents where appropriate.

Homeland’s experienced workforce will ensure the property is repaired effectively and in a timely manner. Our appointed claims manager will oversee all aspects of the reinstatement maintaining regular communication with the property owner and all other relevant parties during the life of the works.
